Blueberry pancakes

Serves: two 200g plain flour Tsp baking powder 2eggs
Knob of butter, melted 1 tbsp sunflower oil 150g pack blueberries 1/2 tablespoons sugar tbsp golden syrup
•Place the flour, baking powder, eggs and milk
In a big bowl and whisk to a smooth batter.
•Beat in the knob of butter and simmer for one more minute.
•Insert the sunflower oil to a small skillet then bring to a moderate heat.
· Drop a large tablespoon of the batter to the pan. This will make pancakes about
7cm across.)
· Cook your sandwiches for
1 minute on each side until golden, maintaining them warmin a low oven as you go.
· Hint the blueberries into asmall pan, then add the sugar and a tablespoon of water and heat on medium for 2 minutes.
This may heat the blueberries and increase their flavour.
· Layer the pancakes with blueberries and function with a good drizzle of golden syrup
